الوصف الوظيفي Operation Execution: · 1st level supports for all IT request and complains. · Support and update Anti Viruses. · Follow up network share folders. · Incidents dispatchers on SCSM. · Do Communication Support. · Configure internet Access. · Printer Troubleshooting. · NPS configure and Support. · Create new share printer on server. · Install Pclaptop Net Terminal. · Install accessories. · Follow up user requests. · Install Fix HW problem. · Logs incidents and customer request. · Install OS’s (Client and PC server). · Password Activation. · Report to technical support team lead. · Answer phone calls. · Any other work -related duties requested by Line Manager. المهارات 1-3 years (current) experience in a similar role · Proficient Knowledge of Service Desk tools and processes. · Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft technologies in the enterprise. · Proficient of Understanding technical architectural issues. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, ERP and other applications relevant to his work. · Experience of having working in a corporate environment. Must be fluent in English and Arabic to a high standard and process strong communication skills.
