الوصف الوظيفي Description Key Result Area: Recruitment & Manpower Planning § Prepare and update recruitment list and reporting on its performance as scheduled § To initiate a full-cycle of recruitment operations (International Hiring & Local Hiring) (Job postings through different sources, resumes filtrations upon vacancies job descriptions, conducting phone screening and initiating interviews) § Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill and cost-per-hire) § Maintains Saudization targets as planned and reporting the percentage on monthly basis § Maintain and update organization structure, manpower planning to reflect necessary changes, such as titles, grades, and reporting relationships § Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures, hiring and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements § Maintain an active and organized database of applicants for various positions § Participate in job fairs and career events Key Result Area: Employee Relations & Onboarding Process § To collect new employees documents upon employee files checklist (CV, Certificates, Previous employment certificates, Emergency Form, Confidentiality agreement) § To initiate the employment contract of newly hired employee for HRM review. § To initiate contract renewal process for current and new employee on time. § To provide a welcoming pack and conduct orientations for newly hired employees § To execute any task related to HR operations when requested by the management § Escalate employees’ grievances to HRM § Act as first point of contact for all HR services related queries. Key Result Area: Performance Management & Development § To follow up with direct manager on probation period evaluations for newly hired employee. § To coordinate between line Managers and new employees to prepare a supervision plan during and after probation period to make sure that the line manager provides the required job information and resources to new employee so he can perform his job well and as as soon as possible, also to make sure that the new employee follows the plan. § To coordinate between line managers and new employees to prepare an action plan for new employee’s performance Development during and after probation period in case the line manager wants to improve the Performance of the employee or terminate him. § Responsible for facilitating the annual objectives and KPI setting process. This includes scheduling meetings, follow ups and ensuring PM documents are completed by all stakeholders as scheduled in matters, that fall within scope of work. § Ensures that all required approvals related to performance management are complete. § Ensures performance appraisals are carried out appropriately as scheduled. § Plans and organizes internal development initiatives, including but not limited to creating content for e-learning programs, OTJ, rotation programs, etc, in association with Manager-HR. § To perform any other tasks needed related to Human Resources Operations or requested by HRM Key Result Area: Government Services § Stay up-to-date with labor law changes and update HRM as necessary § Liaise with HRDF to facilitate government sponsored programs as applicable. . COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: § All employees External: § HR Service providers § 1 - 3 year of relevant work experience with focus on Recruitment Operations § Recognized HR certification, such as CIPD, SHRM, CHRM (preferable) § Restaurants industry experience is preferred.
