General Job Description:
He/ she will be responsible to improve and grow business by fostering and developing relationships with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. A careful strategic planning is expected to improve the market share and to enhance the business operation and reputation of the company.
Specific Job Description:
- Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services in order to improve company portfolio.
- Seek out the appropriate contacts in relevant companies and meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
- Participate in business related trade shows, seminars, workshops, events to get updates or changes in the business for present as well as future planning.
- Prepare proposals and Participate in bids for new business opportunities and seek ways of improving the business.
- Other duties as assigned by the top management.
