الوصف الوظيفي · Research regulatory issues, document analysis and respond in a consistent and timely manner to compliance questions. · Monitor, track and report any changes in regulations while tracking implementation progress and deadlines. · Reviews merchant transactions, forms and documents to ensure compliance with laws and regulations (SAMA, AML….etc). · Coordinates with management to address compliance issues to resolve regulatory concerns. · Review and prepare compliance reports, and maintain merchant compliance Log. · Identify and execute best practices, policies, procedures, and processes. · Compile summarize and submits initial, continuing and final compliance tracking reports to appropriate parties for review and implementation. · Other duties as assigned · Implementation and maintenance of the Compliance framework such as embedding the compliance culture and compliance principles, developing and maintaining policies and procedures, data aggregation and preparation of compliance reporting. · Act as a representative in the second line of defence, with the responsibility and authority to challenge the first line regarding Compliance issues and to report independent compliance reports to appropriate levels of governance and escalation; · Support audit groups including Internal and External Audit in planning and completing their audit engagements; · Perform other duties as may be required of the position from time to time, as may be periodically requested. المهارات · Very good Communication. · High degree of initiative, dependability and ability to work with little supervision. · Ability to work on multiple, concurrent projects.
