الوصف الوظيفي To assist in the applications and systems UAT by reviewing the necessary information/requests from the business functions, communicating the systems testing plans and documenting the result of the tests conducted to ensure that corrective actions are recommended in line with the requirements, BT systems plans and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Policies, Processes & Procedures: ▪ Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Day- to-day operations: ▪ Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work. Execution of UAT Tests: ▪ Analyses the change requests provided by the business operations and reviews the applications developed so as to evaluate the compliance of the applications with the requests. ▪ Proceeds to the execution of tests for existing and new applications according to the provided schedule, so as to confirm their compliance with standards and business needs. ▪ Communicates and coordinates with the developers to write the tests scripts for the systems and integration in a timely and effective manner. ▪ Coordinates the testing to ensure alignment with the set testing plans. ▪ Informs accordingly all relevant parts for the tests results providing details of the test conducted so as to facilitate the implementation of corrective actions to the systems or applications. ▪ Assists in the communication with the users and business relationship management for UAT to ensure the prompt and effective testing of the systems. ▪ Communicates with the business functions to understand any issues that may arise (Business Defects) to ensure that they are transferred to the concerned area for testing and improvements. ▪ Develops analytical report regarding the test findings and informs all relevant parts for potential serious shortcomings in quality performance that would result in damage or deterioration to the bank service and performance levels. Continuous Improvement: ▪ Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement. Reporting: ▪ Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Bank to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards. ▪ Defect Life Cycle, defect Logging and reporting ▪ Generating individual monthly KPI’s. Safety, Quality & Environment: ▪ Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. Related Assignments: ▪ Performs other related duties or assignments as directed المهارات Minimum Qualifications: ▪ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. ▪ Testing Training Courses. ▪ Testing Certification. Minimum Experience: ▪ 6-8 years of relevant experience in BT operations within a banking organisation. Language: ▪ English: Advanced TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AREAS: ▪ Very good knowledge of banking BT systems and applications. ▪ Advanced knowledge of the STLC process and components. ▪ Very good knowledge of the banking operations and requirements. ▪ Sound knowledge in Test Planning and Designing. ▪ Sound knowledge in IBM Rational suite of tools. ▪ Sound exposure in Automation testing, with IBM Rational suite will be added advantage. ▪ Very Knowledge of Problem Reporting and Change Request methodology and process. ▪ Knowledge of configuration management process. ▪ Very good knowledge of the programming languages and operating systems used by the Bank, e.g. UNIX, SQL, java, .net, Visual Basic, etc. ▪ Advanced knowledge of the SDLC process and components.
