الوصف الوظيفي A boutique strategy and management consulting firm based in Dubai with a number of leadership-level engagements in Saudi Arabia is seeking a young Arabic speaking consultant for a project in Riyadh. The client organization is a newly established public sector entity. The overall scope of work includes setting up and capacity build up of the Executive Office with a focus on elaboration of the organization’s strategy, business models and operating models keeping in mind the core mission and mandate of the organization. The consultant will work with subject matter experts and closely coordinate leadership level interactions with key stakeholders of the organization. The consultant will play an important role in data collection and analysis, articulation of operating models, building of financial models and communication with stakeholders. The engagement is for a period of one year and the place of work is Riyadh. Arabic language competence is a must; and Saudi Arabian nationality is preferred. A minimum of five years of experience in strategy/ management consulting is required. For Saudi consultants, the client is open to considering continuity of engagement beyond the initial engagement of one year.
