الوصف الوظيفي المهارات Conduct periodical assessment of licensing fees and draft recommendations to amend them as appropriate. Lead the registration and licensing process, conducting a review of the contractor applications to decide on their application status. Organize the customer feedback specifically relating to the licensing process, in close consultation with the Information Services Department, making adequate changes to enhance the process as appropriate. Provide relevant support and guidance to the Regional Offices on contractor registration & licensing, and appropriate manner to handle contractor query. Drive a list of potential benefits “Mazaya” that can be offered to licensed contractors. Supervise the optimal mechanism(s) to deliver these benefits, whether through leading third-parties or SCA offered benefits. Lead related projects as assigned. Contact and negotiate with the third-parties as to define the offering relating to the concerned benefit. Participate in setting the goals, initiatives and plans and manage their execution. Manage day-to-day activities and operations, including implementation of all policies and procedures, and recommend potential improvements where appropriate. Assist in the development and management of financial and human resource requirements (annual budget).
