Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for functional areas of Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, Warehouses, Logistics, and Goods Delivery for existing businesses and growth into additional businesses.
Understanding and designing integration between software packages used for Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, Warehouses, Logistics, and Goods Delivery.
Perform systems analysis and research including selecting, leading and ensuring high-quality delivery of third-party vendors as appropriate.
Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, project timelines, implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, and other system or project documentation as required Perform system configuration.
Work with developers to test programs and applications for conformance to specs.
Lead training sessions with users.
Coordinate with other Information Services specialists.
Debug systems issues and provide help desk/ticket support for users including on-call support some nights/weekends.
Project coordination between the business and Information Services.
Communicate new system functionality.
المهارات
Qualifications – Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or similar systems-related degree.
Depth of understanding of Order Fulfillment business processes including marketing, sales, order entry, shipping, and invoicing.
Basic understanding of E-commerce business processes for Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) models.
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management processes.
Solid capability in Microsoft Office software suite.
Willingness to travel occasionally, sometimes for extended periods of time (1-2 weeks).
Qualifications – Preferred:
Experience with ecommerce tools such as Shopify or similar.
CRM knowledge with Salesforce.com, Programming, SQL skills.
