* To attract and engage with candidates. * Work in close partnership with recruiters to build up talent pipelines. * Performing a highly-specialized component of the recruitment process. * Constantly adapting to new technologies and methodologies. * Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks. * Coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements. * Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search). * Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs. * Identifying and assessing a diverse candidate pool; providing regular updates to recruiting partners and hiring managers. * Conducting thorough candidate phone screens to assess both a behavioral , personal and technical fit. * Job portals Sourcing — Scanning job boards using keywords or search operators. * Database Sourcing — Leveraging a company or organization’s existing database of potential talents. * Network Sourcing — Utilizing network connections, both online and offline (LinkedIn etc.) to uncover potential candidates. * Phone Sourcing — Cold calling or otherwise contacting potential candidates by phone.

** Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques. ** Excellent skills in Boolean Sourcing. ** Solid verbal and written communication skills. ** Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates. ** Effective time-management abilities. ** Recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency environment.
