Kitopi currently runs kitchen networks in New York, London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia with more than 1200+ members of staff. On a mission to continue disrupting, we are in immediate demand for an entrepreneurial, focused, dynamic and energetic Associate - Brand Excellence to be based in Riyadh, KSA!

What You’ll Do
Kitopi’s Associate - Brand Excellence is the bridge between our business and the brands we represent. This person makes sure that every brand that we cook for is absolutely satisfied with our services and is continuously gaining the market’s trust in Kitopi.
Associate – Brand Excellence consults restaurants on how to grow and work closely with C-suites of large F&B;groups. Constantly bridging the different parts of Kitopi, the role also requires coordination of kitchen teams and delivery aggregators.
Implementation of marketing & campaign plans, including campaign development strategies, and marketing industry research
Engage with client customer base to help increase brand awareness, lead customer account set-up/sales, and maintain relations between client & customer base
Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication
Responsible for branding, advertising, promotional materials, and events
Work with team members on projects dealing with media relations, business communications, success stories
Generate reports periodically for various brands indicating brand performance with respect to revenue, customer feedback, and retention.
Set a schedule for quality control checks and carry them out. Ensure there’s a smooth flow between our kitchens and delivery aggregators.
What We Are Looking For?
A minimum of three (3) years of experience within a Managerial role, ideally with a Growth mindset. Business Development, Sales and more importantly, Relationship Management are key. You must be a Saudi national and have a passion for Food & Beverage and monitoring market trends.
