KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
•Develop, oversee and implement sales and marketing strategies of business with the objectives of achieving sales target and providing high levels of customer satisfaction to continuously position the business as the market leader.
•Achieve financial objectives by preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
•Ensure effective control of sales & marketing results and takes corrective action to achieve sales & marketing objectives.
•Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
•Plan and lead new product launches, develop strategies and campaigns which included deliver product briefings, monitor and review post launch data to ensure the product meets the overall sales and marketing plan.
•Understand local markets and possess in depth knowledge in cloud industry to be able to drive and execute effective sales and marketing plans and campaigns.
•Develop and nurture relationships with key customers by developing and monitoring programs for customer acquisition and retention, with the objective of creating customer loyalty and branding.
•Responsible for the development and training of staff for excellent customer service and sales performance and best customer experience in market.
•Creative and able to come up with out-of-the-box solutions to set the brand apart.
•Pleasant personality, independent, strong leadership, teamwork, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Master’s in marketing / sales, MBA / Mass Communications degree.
