الوصف الوظيفي · Implementing Policies, Goals and Strategies · Understanding Scope work and prepare technical submittals, studying and Analyzing designs, Generating Bill of Quantity (BOQ) · Finalizing BOQ and Implementation Plan with client to finalize project times lines and budgets · High level meeting with high management & sales for issues related to client’s requirements non-compliance to budgets, timelines or design and finding solutions control project deliverables and cost; preparing complete estimation and costing · Managing and Developing statement of work, risk assessment, defining goals andobjectives, identifying and documenting Client requirements, resourcerequirements, project budget, project risks, and the translation of the Clients’business requirements into specific deliverables · Planning, scheduling, execution and monitoring solution to meet agreed client requirements as per define scope and budget · Planning and Managing ISP & OSP Survey and Design Team · Building implementation plan and close follow up to close project within time line · Ensuring and managing consistency and high quality in client deliverables · Providing support, scheduling communications and meetings, managing the processes and timeline, capturing and managing risk, actions, issues anddependencies Executive and Technical Duties · Monitoring Design and Implementation of ISP (SDH, MPLS & DWDM) Network · Finalization Single Line Diagram (SLD) and Layer-3 Design in Collaboration with Vendors · Designing & Preparation of Data Telecom Rooms and Data Centre Facilities · Managing implementation of vendor Solution for Projects · Observing Issues in site and providing Solutions, Managing & ControllingMaterial as per site progress · Coordinating with different vendors and suppliers (Cisco, Huawei, Ericsson) for product submittals matching the RFP and pricing matching the budgets · Technical evaluation of Resources, Material and EquipmentPreparing Project Progress and intimating Risk Factors · Partial and complete Project approvals as agreed project deliverables / milestones · Conducting technical sessions with client for better understanding of site issues, preparing solutions for fault rectifications / new scopes leading to change orders. General Administrative Duties · Technical meetings with MOI for issues and their best possible solutions. · Attends to weekly meetings with the customer, internal and regularcommunications within the company and resolving identified dependencies ontime · Handling and managing employees and third party contractors to ensure projects meet established time, cost, technical, and quality objectives · Organizing and Monitoring of Project Team, Daily progress for ISP &Telecom;solutions as per weekly / monthly deliverable plans · Meeting with project suppliers and sub-contractors; clarifying the RFP standards, following for equipment deliveries to warehouse and addressing delays and finding alternate solutions · Follow Cost Center, Project Budgets & time lines as agreed. · Manage and Execute Project under given resources and budgets · Managing Reports and necessary Documentation · Troubleshooting and fault identification for immediate restorations · Ensuring Customer Satisfaction Evaluation Criteria · Project Progress as per Schedule and time lines · Project Budget and costing as per approved plan · Quality of work · Customer Satisfaction · Punctual and reliable and handles the job properly · Team Building and team handling at site · Performance and issue handling under pressure المهارات · 10 years + Experience in Projects · Project Management courses (Optional) · Certifications in Telecom (Cisco, Huawei etc.) Optional · Leadership, Scheduling, Presentation, Cost Control, · Contract Management, Task Management, Meeting Management Abilities · Communication Skills تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/isp-project-manager-4177698/ |
