الوصف الوظيفي
· التخطيط الاستراتيجي وإدارة الخدمات اللوجستية والمستودعات

· متابعة الشحن مع اختيار افضل وكلاء الشحن الجوي والبحري والبري مع مرعاة افضل البدائل باقل التكلفة

· الاتصال الفاعل مع الموردين والمصنعين لغرض تنسيق الشحن بجداول مدروسه

· تنفيذ ومتابعة الدفعات/السداد للموردين بالتعاون مع الحسابات.

· معرفه جيده بالاعتمادات المستنديه وبنود الشحن Inco-terms

· تتبع الجودة والكمية ومستويات المخزون ومواعيد التسليم وتكاليف النقل والكفاءة

· ترتيب المستودع وتجهيز كتالوج البضائع واختيار طرق الشحن المناسبة

· المتابعه الدائمه لمستوى المخزون وحدود الطلب والعمل مع ادارة المشتريات بما يقتضي عدم انقطاء الاصناف

· التقيد بمعايير هيئة الغذاء والدواء والبلديه بالاشراف المباشر على المستودعات من حيث الاتزام بهذه المعايير

· التقيد بمراقبة المخزون والحركه للصنف بموجب التاريخ الاقدم فالاحدث

· تسجيل المنتجات والالتزام والمتابعة لجميع متطلبات هيئة الغذااء والدواء

· معرفه جيده بنظام الجمارك في الممكله والقدره على استخدام منصة سابر

· معرفة وعلاقات جيده مع وطلاء الشحن والمخلصين

· التفاوض بشان الألسعار و خدمات الدعم الوجستي بم فيها خدمات النقل و التوصية بوسائط النقل المثلى

· التعاون مع الادارة لدمج الخدمات اللوجستية مع أنظمة العمل و العمليات، وإدارة النظام والمحاسبة و الشحن

· مراقبة ومتابعة عمليات استيراد المنتجات أو التصدير لضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية أو القانونية

· وضع سياسات أو إجراءات ادارة اللوجستيك

· تقديم الحلول المناسبة للمشكلات التي تنشأ أثناء العمل.

· الإشراف على تدريب الموظفين بشكل دوري.

· تلبية أهداف المؤسسة والحفاظ على الميزانية والإنتاجية

· الالتزام بالدقة ومراقبة التفاصيل وترتيب المواعيد.

· قياس وتحليل البيانات لتقييم الأداء وتقديم التوصيات.

· المشاركة في اختيار موظفي الدعم اللوجستي والتأهيل و تقييم الألداء

· توجيه فريق العمل وتحسين وتنسيق دورة النظام الكامل

· القدرة على استعمال الحاسوب بمهارة وكفاءة عالية ومعالجة البيانات اإللكترونية

القدرة على التفاوض واستخدام المهارات التحليلية

· Strategic planning and management of logistics and warehousing.

· Follow up shipments, appointing the best airfreight, sea freight and land freight forwarders, taking into consideration the best alternatives at the lowest cost.

· Actively liaising with suppliers and manufacturers for the purpose of coordinating shipment with the proper schedules

· Implementing and following up payments to suppliers in cooperation with the accounts.

· Good knowledge of documentary credits (LC) and shipping items Inco-terms

· Keeping good track for goods quality, quantity, inventory levels, delivery schedules.

· Handling transportation costs and efficiently.

· Making the proper warehousing plans as well as preparing the goods catalog for sufficient warehousing.

· Continuous follow-up to the level of inventory and the limits of demand and coordinate with the Procurement Department to insure no shortage.

· Adherence to the Saudi Food and Drug Authority standards and requirements for all import transactions as well as implementing the same to warehouses in terms of adherence to these standards.

· Observation of the inventory and control and movement of the items according to the oldest date and the most recent

· Product registration, compliance and follow-up to all SFDA requirements

· Good knowledge of the Kingdom’s customs system and ability to use the Saber platform

· Good knowledge and relationships with shipping agents/forwarders and clearance agents.

· Negotiating prices and logistical support services, including transportation services, and recommending optimal means of transportation

· Cooperate with the management to integrate logistics services with work and operations systems including shipping, administration and finance.

· Control and follow-up export import operations to ensure compliance with regulatory and/or legal requirements

· Establishing logistics management policies and procedures

· Providing appropriate solutions to problems that arise during work.

· Oversee staff training periodically.

· Meet the company’s goals and maintain budget and productivity

· Commitment to accuracy, monitoring of details and arranging schedules.

· Measure and analyze data to assess performance and make recommendations.

· Participate in the selection of logistical support staff, qualifications, and performance evaluations

· Direct teamwork, improve and coordinate the full system cycle

· The ability to use a computer with skills and high efficiency, and electronic data processing

· Ability to negotiate and use analytical skills.

المهارات
التعليم والخبرات المطلوبة:

· درجة البكالوريوس في مجال الدعم اللوجستي /إدارة الألعمال

· خبرة خمس سنوات كحد أدنى في ادارة الوجستيك

· معرفة القواعد والألنظمة، وخاصة إجراءات الدعم اللوجستي

· المعرفة بمبادئ وأساليب نقل البضائع عن طريق الجو والبحر والبر

· معرفة سلسلة التوريد، وفهم الجوانب مثل الشراء والتخزين ومراقبة المخزون

· اللغة: معرفة جيدة جدا باللغة االنجليزية ويفضل الالمام في اللغه العربيه.
