COO Job Description
While our Group of companies is expanding and requesting our CEO to be more
focused on exploring new horizons and developing new markets, we have
opened a vacancy for the position of Chief Operating Officer.
The primary responsibly of our future COO would be to lead day-to-day
operations of our mother company in accordance with the strategic plan put by
our CEO for each and every department.
Responsibilities
Understand and implement business strategies, plans and procedures as
set up by the upper management.
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth with every
department.
Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives
(Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Finance etc.)
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
Manage relationships with partners/vendors
المهارات
Requirements
A minimum of 8 years’ experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant
role
Understanding of business functions such as HR, Government Relations,
Sales, Purchasing, Finance, marketing etc.
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business
development
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
