الوصف الوظيفي
This role will enable you to utilise your strong technical skills and knowledge, whilst further developing your experience with our multi-disciplinary team of highly skilled professionals. You will be supported by the team in gaining more experience, responsibility and client contact. This role will give you the opportunity to work autonomously as well as within dynamic, multi-disciplinary team.
If you have experience in electrical systems (ranging from road lighting, ITS, LV distribution, process instrumentation, motor control, vendor package integration) you should not hesitate to apply.
In this role, you will be involved in all phases of projects; from feasibility studies, detailed design, estimates, specifications and procurement, with the possibility of site construction and commissioning assistance, travelling to client sites as required for short term assignments.
المهارات
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience;
Experience in the design and specification of industrial systems such as LV distribution, controls and communications, safety systems and motor controls;
Experience in the design of Rate 2 (Energex), Rate 3, unmetered public lighting design, including lighting selection, placement, pit and pipe design. Working within the WCS47.3 framework;
Experience in the design of ITS and Traffic Signals;
Proficient in producing engineering documentation such as technical specifications, datasheets, scope of works and material requisitions;
Possess current knowledge of the relevant industry standards and the application in compliant designs;
Excellent verbal and communications skills;
Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree;
Ideally holds CPEng and/or RPEQ (or working towards obtaining);
Experience in industrial electrical, instrument and control systems engineering.
