The Plant Manager is responsible for driving a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement while managing end-to-end plant operations including Production, Warehousing, Inventory Management, and Controls. This includes short and long-range strategic planning and establishing departmental goals and objectives. He is also responsible for the development and enforcement of policies and procedures in a safe environment. Having a background or experience in Plastic Manufacturing or similar company will contribute greatly to the success in this role.
