Responsible and accountable to facilitate and purchase all the required products ON TIME, at
Best Prices, adhering to the Standards and Quality of product. Purchase Manager will put effort into reducing the Cost of items purchased by signing and agreeing with the best terms and conditions with the Supplier. Responsible for monitoring the Inventory Levels of all company items. Identifying the products to be purchased or ordered, and doing the necessary follow up with the suppliers for the same in coordination with the Warehouse Supervisor. Generating P.O. in ERP on the same day of delivery of Products at the warehouse. Make sure to maintain Minimum Inventory levels, and not Over Stocking of the items. Communicate and sign good deals with the suppliers, thus reducing the cost of procurement and thus assist in increasing the revenue. Work rigorously in reducing the cost of items, and thus increase the savings for the company. Build a strong database of suppliers and maintain a record for each SKU purchased. Coordinate and work in harmony with the Warehouse department to avail the products ON TIME, without any variances. Procuring the products at Best Prices and value from the market.
