Brief Role:

Handling local purchase of spare parts and consumable with good market knowledge about various suppliers, experience in manufacturing plastic industry will be an advantage.

The Work Activities Include

· Send Inquiry and make Price Comparison in EXCEL and SAP System.

· Prepare Purchase Order and Follow-up Delivery with Vendors.

· Make Service Contract with Various Vendors for Motor Repairs and Other Repair Working,

· Knowledge of purchasing Tool Steel and Other Rod & Bar from Local Vendors.

· Coordinate with Store Keeper and Finance.

· Make Weekly Report of all Pending PO and PR.

· Supervise the Local Market Purchaser and visit Market to Check vendors.

· Communicate with Maintenance and Production Team to understand the requirement and close all Open PR.

المهارات
· Working Knowledge for Computers and SAP ERP.

· Fluency in English & Arabic is a must
