Developing relationships with the customers and providing them proper attention until they build up trust and you satisfy their demands. 9. Dealing with direct calls from customer’s staff personnel and products, as well as the transferred calls form the customers’ services department for issues and request the require the involvement of the Retail Manager. 10.
