Coordination, Chairing Site Progress Meetings, Liaison with Design Manager, Project Management and Client Representative.
Administration and Managing/monitoring of Review & Approval of Technical Submittals, Material Submittals, Method Statement, Procedures, Shop Drawings, As-Built Documents/ drawings, and Check Request.
Monitoring Contractor’s Progress of work.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
minimum 15 years (12 years in KSA/UAE) relevant experience in high valued high-rise building projects, Mall and Hospitality.
PMP certificate is a must.
Consultancy experience.
Available in Riyadh with transferrable Iqama.
