mplementing GAC’s strategy in relation to institutional resources and its internal and external processes and procedures.
Roles and responsibilities:
Prepare periodic and annual reports on the administration’s activities and achievements, and proposals to develop its performance.
Propose the implementation of systems of excellence at the level of GAC that contribute to strengthening the institutionalization of GAC’s businesses to raise efficiency of procedures and ensure quality control.
Oversee, manage and control documentation of all policies, procedures and models related to GAC’s departments.
Develop SLAs, supervise its implementation and evaluate adherence.
Prepare ‘‘Knowledge Management Plan’’ which contributes to preserving and enhancing GAC’s knowledge sources.
Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of GAC’s operations through all application of analytical methodologies and tools to identify difficulties, repetitions, and lack of clarity in responsibilities, etc.
Support organizational units to implement institutional excellence initiatives.
Coordinate with the Performance Measurement Unit and other related departments in view of developing key performance indicators to measure progress in operation improvement initiatives.
Oversee, identify, and manage risks related to policy objectives (resulting from internal and external factors).
المهارات
Core Technical Skills:
· Masters MS Office applications.
· Knowledgeable of Institutional Excellence Systems (ISO9000, EFQM).
Qualifications & Professional Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development or any other related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience mainly in Organizational Excellence Role.
Skills& Traits:
· Highly proficient in interpersonal communication skills.
· Organizational skills and detail oriented.
· Proficient English language skills.
