Our client is a leading medtech company. They are now seeking to recruit a ‘Service Manager’ for their branch in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Develop service training for the region / country across the product lines
- Ensure that all service engineers in the region /country are qualified, trained and updated
- Support distributors on service-related issues across product lines
- Recommend Spare Parts for each product
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in biomedical engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Hospital Biomedical Department OR Hospital Capital Equipment maintenance.
- Must be able to confidently present to a group and solve problems
- Strong computer skills
