Leads setting up of the Cluster Contract Management Units
Defines responsibilities of the CMUs, organization & job profiles
Coordinates with HR to ensure positions are filled and to arrange training
Leads development of policies and procedures for contract management & monitoring
Oversees start-up of the management contracts and transition phase
Conducts readiness assessment prior to the effective date
Leads on commercial and contractual matters, including variations and disputes
Approves invoices from contractors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS (Master preferred) Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum Experience: 12+
