• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Liaise with the Ministries and other government entities to resolve issues related to obtaining Saudization Certificates, Company registration certificates, registration with the Chamber of Commerce, etc.
• Promote and build strong positive relationships and reputation with high public officials and their staff.
• Responsible for all Government Relations Procedures (Change of Sponsorship, Issuance of new Iqama’s, Renewal of Iqama’s, Iqama Transfers, processing Visa documents, Exit Reentry Visa, Final Exit Visa etc.) Prepares the documents for the Iqama Renewals, Change of Sponsorship Etc.
• Assist to manage allocated annual departmental budget by controlling expenditures, taking cost reduction initiatives and reporting variances in actual versus budgeted amounts, to ensure effective cost management practices.
• Controlling the in & out of Custody of Passport and generate weekly task reports.
• Proactive and advance notification about any changes in government rules & regulations.
• Responsible for Nitaqat process (Saudization Percentage).
• Process, forwards & Collects legal documents related to the malls contracts, Ministry of Labor and Immigration, Passport office, Airport, Municipality etc…
• Performing other duties related to the job as assigned.
