Description
The Innovation Manager will be responsible for:
Leading the innovation program across the businessSeeking opportunities to introduce innovation and technology, which will in turn improve service quality and efficiencyStaying abreast of latest technologies and tools within the Facilities Management industry, and select those relevant to the businessPromoting a culture of innovation across the organisation through competitions, etc.Introducing Artificial Intelligence where applicable
Profile
The successful candidate will be someone with:
At least a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Technology or other related fields, and possess other relevant qualificationsA high level of proficiency in EnglishKnowledge of the Facilities Management industry, and the technologies/IT tools used in this industryStrong communication skills, and ability to influence several groups of stakeholdersNaturally curious, and proactive in finding opportunities to innovatePassionate about technology and innovationCommercially minded, with a strong understanding of how technology can lead to better productivity and cost-savings
