BSS Core Consultant Engineer

Mobile Network Experience:

· Detailed Traffic modelling and dimensioning for Mobile Controllers (2G-BSC/3G-RNC)

· Very Good Understanding of RF Design outputs

· Auditing existing BSS networks and providing recommendations for optimization

· Good experience with Multi-vendor/Multi-Technology RAN solutions

· Ability to dimension and propose IP Transmission requirements

· To verify and validate Multi-vendor BoQs & Technical Offers

· Engage and co-ordinate Vendor discussions, evaluate and discuss standards based requirements

· Propose and engage 3GPP evolutionary strategies

· Basic knowledge of IP/MPLS, VPNs, VLANs

· Review Network KPI’s & Traffic Models before & after BSS activities implementations

· Prepare RFQ/RFP scope of work, Specifications and Compliance requirements

WIFI Network Experience:

· Hands-on experience with configuration of WiFi wireless Architecture, WLCs & APs Infrastructure.

· Experience in WiFi wireless network design, configuration, roll-out/upgrade projects

· Knowledge of all relevant protocols including upcoming technologies such as, 802.11ax and current software versions of wireless controllers

· Responsible for overall design recommendations, procurement, configuration of Wireless LAN, VoIP and Firewalls

· Preferred CCNP-WIFI, CCDP-WIFI

المهارات
· 7 to 10 years experience in GSM-NSS/Core, Performance & Quality,

· Good Presentation, Time Management and English Language skills.

· Good knowledge on General GSM/UMTS Network core and RAN.
