Have ownership of whole assigned zone and takes responsibility for all maintenance works and cleaning works that are being done in his related zone.
Implement FM procedures
Carry out inspection of all facilities to identify and resolve issues
Implement proper daily and monthly reporting
Ensure proper maintenance and functionality for all systems
Oversee all repairing activities and plans
Oversee all soft service plans and ensure proper implementation
Monitor equipment inventory and place orders where necessary
Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance and soft services within his zone
Manage relationships with client and subcontractors
Ensure safe and healthy workplace as per company standards

Good Knowledge of FM concept and terms
Good Clerical and Administration Skills
Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills
A robust collaborator and Team leader
Delivery-oriented attitude.
Solid understanding for technical aspects
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Hospitality
Proficient in English language both written and oral
Proficient in Office Computer Applications, Word, Excel, Access,Power-point
Proven previous experience as a maintenance manager
Proven previous background in maintenance planning
Proven previous experience in an managerial role
Special Conditions:
Maintain acceptable standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.
Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.
