Main Responsibilities:
Build and develop all order requirements; build the plans & identify number/type of trucks.
Liaise with warehouse planning to ensure the warehouse and transport plans are coordinated.
Responsible to deal with internal and external clients.
Ensure all the transportation process in place such as (POD, CDD, waybill, truck standards etc.
Managing and providing transportation reports as per SLA and business needs.
Design and develop methods and techniques on transportation planning.
Divide the trucks request among the transporter prioritizing customer service and cost effectively.
Plan trucks request with consideration of truck ban.
Ensure truck type and specification is requested compliance with applicable transportation regulation by Transportation Ministry and Saudi Transport Authority.
Prepare Transportation planning reports and presentations, and develop performance evaluation reports of all contracted transporter stating all findings and recommendation for improvement on monthly basis.
Assist the team and Transportation Manager on developing and implementing Transportation projects.
المهارات
Bachelor degree of MIS Or supply chain,
2-4 years of experience working on a similar job/field.
Strong IT skills and ability to create and develop analytical reports.
Experienced in working on Transportation Management System.
Computer Skills “Microsoft Office”.
Familiar with Transportation management systems
English is preferable
