Job Description
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy
Plan, coordinate and supervise activities of all employees on assigned project(s).
Meet established revenue and profit goals while maintaining control of project costs
Ensure high quality of output, on-time and below-cost delivery of projects, safety at project sites and compliance to customer standards/requirements.
Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company’s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with Client
Manage materials and equipment allocated/deployed at projects.
Provides direction for projects & obtain permits needed to execute
Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns
Map out preventive and contingency planning measures to avoid site hazards
Follow up invoices/billings with customer
To perform tasks as directed by Operations leadership.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor degree in electrical, power or related field
PMP certification is a plus
Experiences
At least 5-6 years’ of experience in 132KV project –Underground
Must have experience of managing projects of 132KV with the SEC-KSA
Should have experience with contract documents: contract drawings, specifications, subcontracts, contract modifications, and change orders etc.

Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Arabic
Proficiency using various software applications (CAD, MS Office Suite, scheduling/Estimating Software).
Excellent interpersonal skills including being able to work within a multi-cultural/diverse team.
Excellent leadership, team, and project management skills.
