الوصف الوظيفي Should be familiar with ITIL standards , processes, Level -1 and Level -2 scope of support work. Strong at ITIL process including change, incident management. Should be good at ITSM Remedy & understand SLA & KPI Drive the monthly and quarterly SLA reviews. Direct the teams to implement best practices. Drive continuous process improvement in support model/process/procedure. Drive the adherence to change management. المهارات Ensure appropriate training plan for resources. Review status reports.
