الوصف الوظيفي · Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy and Control FG physical inventory process, review outcome then take the necessary corrective action for any discrepancies and report to his manager · Optimize allocation to customers; review orders, truck allocation & shortages in delivery. · Strategically plan and manage slow moving & nonmoving items in FG, recommend corrective actions through coordination with other departments. · Review freight cost and provide analysis for changes and financial impact of proposed Logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or mixes, or carriers · Review Remote Areas withdrawals vs. monthly order and optimize coming month shipment process. · Control Distributor inventory and replenishment of FG to fulfill customer demand and avoid back orders. · Foster the learning and development of team members thru specific career development plan, trainings; evaluate their performance thru motivational and challenging incentive schemes. · Evaluate budgets & expenditures also participate in generating the Yearly Business Plan along with its execution · Work closely with Finance to identify and explain cost deviations to the forecasted budget and report out to management · Plan and implement improvements to internal and external Logistics systems and processes. · Work with other departments to incorporate Logistics with company procedures and operations · Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements · Leads GH warehouses month-end closing activities, including stock levels and cost reviews · Follow and implement the projects related to its department. · Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency · Resolve any arising problems or complaints · Participate, lead improvement projects and actions to drive Supply Chain efficiencies · Responsible for facilitating compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines, adhere to all the rules and regulations · Supervise the team of Logistics/transport coordinators to ensure all deliveries and collections are driven on the most efficiency manner at the lowest cost المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/industrial-engineering-specialist-4252341/ |
