الوصف الوظيفي Oversee that all opening and closing duties of the outlets are completed correctly and that cleanliness and maintenance are maintained Responsible for daily deposits, and correct operation of the POS systems Balancing of all daily and nightly cash drawers and POS Inventory and maintenance of par levels for FOH items and those used by the company Provide excellent customer service to the guests and excellent leadership to employees Enforce and monitor all health, safety, and sanitation standards in their area Assist with catering function management Handle guest complaints according to provided guidelines Work closely with the Back of the House Manager to provide a seamless experience Report directly to the General Manager Responsible for quality assurance of products leaving their outlets المهارات Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any related certificate is a must With at least 2 years working experience as an Assistant Manager in a stand-alone restaurant Experience in casual dine dining, stand-alone restaurant or hotel will be preferred Detail-oriented and with strong supervisory skills Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to details Must have transferrable Iqama Must be available immediately Proficient in using MS Office Has experience in using POS systems Has excellent communication skills Open to candidates who are currently residing in the UAE and KSA, transferrable visa / iqama must be available for candidate who are in KSA تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/assistant-manager-4252410/ |
