Operation Supervisor

الوصف الوظيفي
The Operation Supervisor is Mainly supervisory and administrative work overseeing the daily retail operations of a facility and performing administrative tasks related to those operations. And supporting the Maintenance team regarding any related activities for the shops.

Also involve with shops leasing and Compliance. Creating Operation policy and procedures. And Handling new projects when needed.

· Create and implementing operation Policy and procedures. And to ensures that the team follow up the standards.

· Coordinate with the warehouse for the needed products quantities for all stores.

· Responsible for the merchandising of the store, Product layout and check product quality.

· Categories the stores for goods received targets, damages and staffing.

· Supervise operation activates inside and outside the shop – regarding ongoing and incoming event.

· Recommends ways to increase profitability, store layout, display, product line, etc.

Assists in management of special projects and events.
Monitors and maintains facility and equipment.
Follow up with the maintenance team activities (cost, skills evaluating and efficiency of the work)
Perform other duties as the Job needed or assigned by the reporting manager.
Supporting the Sales department.

المهارات
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or operation.

· Have Minimum 5 years of experiences in retails operation.

· Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical engineering

· Time management

· technical skills in various industries.

· Project Management skills.

· Ability to follow guidelines

· Communication skills

· Computers skills in word Microsoft, Adobe, and Oracle
