Functional
Strategic Planning
Direct the development of Department’s strategic plans, objectives, and initiatives related to enterprise architecture in line with Tabadul’s overall strategy
Ensure the timely provision of data and reports to the leadership and recommend operational improvements in order to support in planning, decision making and continuous improvement
Enterprise Architecture
Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to develop Tabadul’s governance structure and stakeholder interaction mechanism
Direct the identification of business needs and tactical requirements to enable Tabadul to achieve its strategy and objectives.
Define the target blueprint of Tabadul, roadmap and timeline which includes Process Improvement Initiatives, IT Architecture Initiatives and Organization Architecture Initiatives
Direct the development of Tabadul’s operating model and design of its business process. This includes ensuringintegration and connectivity of all architectures/blueprints across the different Sectors covering but not limited to: IT, security, operation and organization architectures.
Describe the primary business functions of the enterprise and distinguish between customer-facing, supplier- related, business execution and business management functions.
Define the set of strategic, core and support processes that transcend functional and organizational boundaries. This includes identifying external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, and external systems that interact with the business; and describe which people, resources and controls are involved in the processes.
Direct the identification of the data shared across the enterprise and the relationships between those data.
Oversee the design of the relationships among roles, capabilities and departments, the decomposition of those
business units into subunits, and the internal or external management of those units.
Ensure coordination with key internal stakeholders in understanding their business drivers, requirements and
solutions strategies and ensure the implementation of their inputs in Tabadul’s enterprise architecture initiatives
Any other tasks requested by the Chief of Strategy & Innovation Officer
Financial Management
Manage the allocation of budget across the Department to ensure complete adherence and highlight any deviation from the plan in a timely manner and take corrective action as necessary and in line with the approved governance process
Consolidate all reporting Department’s budget input to formulate Department budget and submit to leadership for approval and further consolidation
People Management
Formulate workforce planning reports and talent acquisition plan and budgets for the Department to ensure adequate staffing for optimal operational smoothness, and submit to the leadership for approval
Set performance management objectives for all reportees and perform mid-year and year end performance reviews. Monitor performance and give ad-hoc advice when necessary to ensure that performance objectives are met
Identify talent for pivotal roles from a succession management standpoint to ensure business continuity and liaise with HR for enrollment in the necessary programs
Provide guidance to reportees on operational and people management matters. Provide reportees with mentoring and coaching when necessary in order to ensure that they are well equipped to tackle the operational requirements from a professional and behavioral standpoint
المهارات
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any relevant field is preferable
A Master’s degree in Computer Science or any relevant field is preferable
TOGAF® Certification or Certified Business Architect (CBA) or equivalent is preferable
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 3 years in a managerial position. Experience in Enterprise Architecture and/or Corporate Strategy Implementation are needed
