General description of the assignments:
The Systems engineer will directly be involved throughout the life cycle of Oracle projects/SharePoint applications. The Specialist is also involved with PMIS projects and working groups within the client office as well as the provision of ongoing application support for information systems in production.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Design, Development, and Support
Conducting business analysis at the process level
Design system logic
Programming and testing
Documentation System
Encompass system integration, system interfaces, system customizations, or complete applications if needed.
Support of production systems in terms of problem analysis and solution development
Participate in the evaluation and selection of programming languages, tools, methodologies, etc.
Application Administration
Ensure appropriate applications infrastructure exists for development and production work
Participate in the evaluation and selection of programming languages, tools, methodologies, etc.
Proactive monitoring of technical directions and strategies of existing applications and tools
Database Administration
Ensure appropriate infrastructure exists for development and production databases
Participate in the evaluation and selection of database systems, tools, methodologies, etc.
Provide technical guidance and support for development activities
Strategic technical architecture planning for database system components
Database system administration including installation, tuning, performance monitoring, and upgrading
المهارات
Skills and Experience:
Proven working experience as an Oracle Exadata Engineer & DBA.
Proven Knowledge of P6EPP and data migration, configuration, etc.
Hands-on experience with database standards and end-user applications
Hand-on ERP development tools: Oracle ERP.
Technical and coding skills: SQL, Oracle Forms, etc.
Ability to communicate ideas effectively, utilize flexibility and creativity to present a variety of solutions in an easy-to-understand fashion.
Must have knowledge and experience in Oracle EBS Projects modules i.e., Project Costing, Project Collaboration, and Project Management
Must have knowledge and experience in standard Oracle Projects integration with Oracle GL, AP, FA, and Purchasing
Must have experience in three full implementation life cycle including support experience
Must be aware of implementation milestones CRP, User Training, UAT, Go Live sessions
Must have experience in any of AIM/ABF/OUM methodology
Able to prepare Solution Design, User Guides, Test Scripts, and MOMs
Able to work with Business, IT team, developers to design, document, and test solutions
Qualification and Experience:
The Systems Engineer should have a university degree in Computer Science / Engineering
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the related filed.
Proficient in English and Arabic languages
Oracle Certified Associate (OCA)
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
