Responsible for assisting in the Management of the Restaurants, ensuring that all stores operate effectively and maximizing Customer satisfaction levels for all predefined standards, policies and procedures.
Assist in the development of the F&B;Division’s strategy aligning with the company’s business plan and to ensure that staff have the necessary skills to meet their objectives and the opportunity to develop to the maximum of their potential.
Assist in the development of the F&B;Division’s annual budget and ensure all employees are working within the assigned budget by setting the required targets and responsibilities.
Provide recommendation and Implement the F&B;Division’s established policies and the set procedures in order to achieve the Divisions objectives.
Assist in the development of the F&B;Division’s restaurant staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained.
Evaluate competition by visiting competitor’s restaurant, gather information such as style, quality, and prices of competitive merchandise.
Attract customers by originating display ideas, following display suggestions or schedules, constructing or assembling prefabricated display properties, producing merchandise displays in windows and showcases, and on sales floor.
Prepare sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions.
Maintain a safe and clean store environment by complying with the Health and Safety standards, developing and publishing evacuation routes; determining and documenting locations of potentially dangerous materials and chemicals.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Assist Operation Manager with providing a strong leadership presence and control in store, while ensuring that all customers receive good service and quality merchandise.
Help Operation Manager in identifying training needs and providing ongoing training opportunities to the team as needed.
Ensure all pricing, signage, and displays are correct at all times in line with policies and procedures standards.
Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
المهارات
Must be bilingual - Minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience in the same or related field.
Knowledge and/or experience in the F&B;Industry in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Excellent computer and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal skills - Oral and written.
