Want to be part of a fun, growing team? We are searching for a Surveillance Technician for our MEP team. The Surveillance Technician is responsible for providing quality service to our clients while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. This position will routinely perform troubleshooting for client’s & Property NVR and/or cameras both remotely and onsite at client locations. This position will also be responsible for handling proactive maintenance on client’s CCTV system to reduce system failures.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Two-year electronics degree or equivalent military / industry experience
Knowledge of basic computer skills and network applications
Must have working knowledge of Security Cameras IP & Analog, NVR’s, DVR’s, Switches Cabling and other related items that are used on a daily basis.
Experience:
Minimum: 2 years of recent experience in CCTV and customer service field
Preferred: 4+ years of recent experience in CCTV and customer service field
Other:
Access control and CCTV licensing
Possess a valid Saudi Driver’s License, be at least 21 and have reliable transportation
