Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
Preparing, reviewing and monitoring our annual budget for recruitment
Forecasting our future hiring needs on the basis of our business growth strategies
Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures
Managing partnerships with alumni associations, colleges and job boards
Manage a team of recruiters and provide assistance as needed
Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates
Oversee and improve overall candidate experience
Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs
Implementing offline as well as online employer branding initiatives
Organize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand
Participate in company’s strategic planning regarding employee development and engagement
Research and recommend new sourcing tools and recruiting software (e.g. ATS)
Ensure proper onboarding and training for new hires
المهارات
Proven work experience in a senior-level HR position
Familiarity with Candidate Management Systems and Human Resources software
Sound knowledge of various sourcing techniques/tools (e.g. professional platforms, social networks)
Sound knowledge of all labor law
Ability to develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with candidates as well as with internal teams and external partners
Experience with resume databases and ATS
Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
Exceptional team-management and organizational skills
