Understand customer business goals and define project and ongoing success criteria with clients
Drive Sales revenue by supporting Naseej Sales Educational Team in all regions.
Work actively to generate leads, build a healthy pipeline, and support sales on their sales requirement.
Strong experience in building RFPs, RFIs, custom solutions proposals.
Demonstrated expertise in working with customers and subject matter experts (internal and/or external) in a consultative role, defining and developing solutions to meet customer requirements
Results-driven with a sharp customer focus and passion for serving customer needs
Ability to work well under pressure and with different teams who can be in office or remote.
Train Sales team on new technologies in e-Learning and Talent management
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree ( in IT, e-Learning )
Background in e-Learning, Talent Management, or Educational Technologies domain.
5-7 years’ experience in Functional, presales, and technical implementation for Talent management or Learning management System.
Strong skills in leadership, problem solving, consensus building, and communication, both written and oral both Arabic and English.
