Job description :-
Responsibilities
Directs and over-see Sales and Operations for Proconnect.
Develops Business Development / Sales plans and procedures to ensure increase in profitability and service quality.
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
Resolve any arising problems or customs complaints.
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
Requirements
15+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, freight forwarding and transportation management.
Good contacts with prospective customers and also with customs and local market vendors.
Record of successful distribution and logistics management.
Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
