ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executing Online order fulfilment process from the moment order is received to dispatch
Ensuring Customer returns are processed in accordance with agreed process and SLA
Communicate with 3PL providers for collection and returns to warehouse of Online Orders
Monitor & resolve and operational issues relating to order fulfilment in the warehouse
Resolve any issues affecting Online orders such as inventory / out of stock liaising with eCommerce operations and other stakeholders
Be involved in building relationships with internal and external parties as required.
Support reporting of Online order fulfilment KPI
Familiar with SOP for Online order fulfilment and ensure adherence to agreed standards and process.
Assist in any other reasonable task in the warehouse as directed by management.
OBJECTIVE/RESPONSIBILITY:
Oversee and ensure processing of ECOM orders (as per standards and guidelines), communication with ECOM team, system processing, documentation, tracking and coordination with 3rd party logistics (DHL) for shipping the orders;
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Processing of received ECOM orders in PALMS - order approval, picklist creation, closing of shipped orders and shipping documents printing (sales invoice, delivery note, airway bill, return airway bill) ;
Documentation and data control tracking ECOM orders from PALMS (for KPI report);
Communication with ECOM team
Coordination with Leem ground team for order picking;
For order(s) with issues (no stock, damage items, missing documents, manual AWB details), contact ECOM OPS team to check and inform store(s) (if available) to prepare for pick-up;
Final check of orders after picking to ensure proper packing and correct items are picked up as per order and ECOM guidelines;
Contact DHL for order pick-up;
Notify ECOM team for shipped orders;
Update tracking and close order(s) transactions in PALMS for shipped orders.
Send ECOM tracking to WHSE-In-Charge for KPI report;
المهارات
EXPERIENCE:
2 years + experience in working in an eCommerce order fulfilment role
High operational understanding of B2C e-fulfilment operations in multi-channel retail would be an advantage
