Extensive experience in pastry
The experienced chef should have full expertise in complete bakery, breads, pastry, cakes, cookies, desserts, chocolates
Supervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation

Create unique baked goods based on specifications
Manages all day-to-day operations of the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen
Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes.
Ensure that the kitchen is clean at all times and meets all local health code requirements.
Developing creative customized cakes and baked goods.
Experience 5 + years and above in a 4 star or 5 star hotel.
