الوصف الوظيفي · Establish accountability of employees, supervise policy and procedure implementation on a company level, and ensure legal compliance Payroll& benefits · Direct and oversee the development & management of the reward strategy in line with global best practices to manage internal equity, market competitiveness and overall employee satisfaction & performance · Ensure effective management of all reward issues (such as on grading, job descriptions and evaluations etc) to ensure competitiveness and overall employee satisfaction & motivation · Direct the effective management of employee redundancy, retirement and severance and ensure effective administration of the monthly payroll to provide salaries on time while completing the generation of the year-end payroll reports for managerial decision making Recruitment · Manage the implementation of the recruitment processes and policies · Oversee the issuance of employment contracts in a timely and efficient manner Personnel · Manage personnel records to ensure information is kept confidential and up to date · Manage internal HR related communications, including dissemination of material, to achieve clear internal communication of information · Supervise the collection of employee complaints, queries and forward them to appropriate parties for resolution · Manage the coordination and communication of shifts to employees to ensure efficient operations · Oversee the consolidation of employee attendance records Operation Functions ▪ Provide support to management through recommendations regarding human resources and analysing information ▪ Evaluate plans and make necessary changes at all levels ▪ Assign employees to their respective duties and evaluate their results Functional Cooperation · Maintain both technical and professional knowledge through networking with other professionals in the field المهارات · Leadership - Self-motivated – Active – Honest – committed - Creativity Team Workability Technical Skills · Excellent English communications · Computer proficiency · Knowledge of ERP (SAP/SAP Reports) Knowledge of the financial and analytical skills تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/hr-operations-manager-4275753/ |
