Responsibilities
Your first responsibility is to act as an ambassador for the company - Customer focus is key!!
Collect and deliver a wide variety of customer shipments within a given area and agreed time frame.
Provide customers with assistance when required together with accurate information on their shipments ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
Ensure security of shipments, collected cash and company vehicle.
Ensure timely submission of paperwork to agreed schedules.
Act as a go-between to customers and payments in relation to billing and insurance queries for outbound shipments.
المهارات
Applicant Specification
High School and above
5-8 Years work experience preferably in service or customer focused role
Min 2-3 year’s experience as a Courier in an express delivery environment
Strong administrative skills
Must be able to read and write in English.
Arabic speaking will be beneficial.
Willing to work long hours & weekend overtime.
This is a customer facing role so professional behaviour with customers and members of the public is essential at all times.
You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards related to personal appearance, vehicle cleanliness and paperwork completion.
