الوصف الوظيفي • Perform processing of all government-related transactions & documentation (e.g. immigration & labor requirements) in-line with the company’s policy • Manage and coordinate activities relevant to work-related visas for all employees (e.g. medicals, blood tests, etc.) • Assist employees in dealing with government authorities • Negotiate and manage any quotas on residency permits for staff and their families • Manage the allocation of requests to PROs for: – Labor permits – Immigration and residence permits – Visas – Other business-related permits • Develop periodic reports on request volumes and sources, application success rates, and rejection reasons and change internal policies to enhance efficiency • Perform checks on application requirements and update library • Ensure reviews on individual application completeness prior to applying and follow up on missing documentation/ signatures • Coordinate with Employee Relations on preparation of necessary documents Main KPls Customer • Speed of request completion (time of request completion - time of request - time required by authority) • Request success rate (# of rejections / total # of requests) • Application completeness (# of incomplete applications) المهارات Experience • 5+ years of experience in a PRO role Competencies • Excellent ties with local government agencies, particularly Immigration and Ministry of Labor • Strong conflict resolution skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent knowledge of local laws and regulations • Strong written and oral communication skills in Arabic • Good written and oral communication skills in English preferred تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/government-services-officer-4298410/ |
