Our Client: An FMCG company in the region is seeking a mature and seasoned sales professional to lead their business interests in Saudi Arabia.
Your Role: You will initiate and drive Channel Strategy and Territory Management to achieve the business plan and developing volume sales in the assigned market. Maximize sales and distribution across chosen markets/channels for the products, streamlining and strengthening the distribution network. You will be responsible for managing regional sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision & values. Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training programs for Accounts Executive. Your core competency should be around Sales/ Channel Development / Business Development / RTM.
المهارات
Must Have: At least 8-10 years of sales / category management / trade marketing experience in an FMCG environment. Strong commercial acumen as this is not just another sales job but it requires high levels of strategic initiative and accountability.
