الوصف الوظيفي Job Objective: The Shared Services Manager will provide oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to the shared services operations which include HR, IT, Procurement and Logistics with the aim of maximizing the efficiency of these operations. The Shared Services Manager will be chiefly responsible for directing and managing the day-to-day Human Resources and Administrative activities. Responsibilities and duties: Actively participate in leading the Shared Services Department by contributing to the development of the department’s strategies and monitoring overall shared services operations towards achieving the company’s objectives. Develop and oversee recruitment and retention processes which includes reviewing job advertisements prior to posting, coordinating interviews with the HR team and participating in interviews. Oversee all labor engagement processes and managing the selection process, new hire orientation as well as exit/termination process. Ensuring compliance and recordkeeping of all documentations in the shared services department which includes annually reviewing the Personnel Handbook, managing timesheets for office and ensuring accuracy and filing of personnel documents in addition to IT, Procurement and Logistics files. Monitoring the compensation and benefits process in coordination with the Finance team to ensure the generation of monthly payroll on time and with accuracy in addition to advising the top management on appropriate staffing levels and assisting in budget preparation. Overseeing and coordinating employees’ training, development and performance appraisal processes. Working with the senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically. Supervise the implementation and maintenance of the company’s computing needs by overseeing the operations of the IT Team. Oversee and direct the procurement team to ensure purchase orders are executed effectively within budget and supplies are available on time. Oversee and direct the logistics team in order to ensure efficient coordination between drivers and maintenance of company cars with the Logistics Officer. Liaise with the top management and external parties to ensure efficiency of the shared services operations. المهارات BSc/BA in business administration preferably with concentration in human resources management Knowledge of the local labor laws and regulations. Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources management and personnel affairs. Strong understanding of Human Resources functions. Knowledge of the local Labor Laws and regulations HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute or SHRM certification) is a plus Ability to work with managers to assess complex issues pragmatically. Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyze situations and make decisions. Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic language skills. Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
