Supervise Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 11 KV Switch Gear/ RMU, Distribution Transformer (Oil& Dry type), LV Panels, MCC Panels, all types of Cabling, Tray/ Trunking, Small Power, Lighting, Lightning Protection &Earthing;system, etc. as per International Standards(IEC/IEEE/BS) and Local Authorities Standards(OES).HVAC, Plumbing, Lighting & firefighting.
Complete Knowledge in Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Low Current System such as Fire Alarm, Security System (Access Control CCTV, Parking Management system) Public Address system, BGM, GRMS, IT Networking, etc.
Responsible for independently coordinating AutoCAD drawings, planning of the jobs with respect to sales estimation, obtaining variations within technical/commercial terms, submission, and approvals for MAS, Shop Drawings, and timely execution of Projects.
Assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tool, etc. required for all electrical and related works prior to execution w.r.t estimation/ budget.
Ensure that project is delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget.
Contribute in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Maintain Company Standards in assuring quality control procedures.
Develop and maintain harmonious relationships between Site Management, Subcontractors, Vendors, and Suppliers.
Manage resource availability and allocation as per the Project Approved Schedule.
Prepare Project mobilization Plans and supervise the implementation of the same.
Manage and lead the MEP works of designated area acting as the implementer between the In-house project team and the Client.
Ensure that the works are installed in accordance with the approved drawings, specifications, and other requirements of the contract to the full satisfaction of the Client/Main Contractor.
Track progress of all aspects of the work to ensure completion on target dates.
Notify the Main Contractor team, Client, and Sub Contractor of any delays due to their scope of works.
Ensure installation inspection & approvals are done on time along with all other Project documentation accurate recording.
Implement a Project-specific quality assurance plan at each stage of the Project.
Control Project budgets and schedule and oversees performance to ensure on-time, quality, and on-budget project execution.
Prepare periodic reports for management including the status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities & safety records, and any variances from the Schedule and/or Project Cost.
Plans the execution of all MEP-related works and coordinates the works with the mechanical and civil team.
Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved Construction drawings, Contract documents, Project Specifications, and all applicable standards as per International Standards and Local Authorities Standards.
Submit site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
Liaise with Purchase for timely indent of materials and deliveries.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to strict deadlines and commercial norms.
Indenting of materials for the project requirements.
Coordinating with Main Contractor, Consultants, and Clients.
Ensuring all safety regulations are followed by technicians and supervisors.
Ensure all documents are prepared, checked, and signed by the concerned persons.
Motivating and Upgrading supervisors & technicians for better standards and quality of works.
Review of Technical issues.

Minimum education requirement: Engineer in a related field.
Minimum Years of experience: 6-8 years
