الوصف الوظيفي · Sign up and onboard jobseekers onto the programme · Manage a jobseekers caseload, coordinating all services and ensuring that the jobseeker is making progress · Support jobseekers in accessing and using the portal, to create their profile, upload their CV, view and apply to vacancies · Provide remote, light-touch services for jobseekers who: o only require limited support o need support to access vacancies/ advice and guidance o that live in remote communities or have transportation challenges · Work with Relationship Managers to promote jobseekers with employers to ensure job opportunities · Maintain accurate documentation of the jobseekers’ activities and progress, using internal systems and portals المهارات · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong and clear speaking voice to effectively conduct calls with customers · Excellent listening and questioning skills to identify customers needs Time management skills to ensure calls are conducted according to schedule تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/customer-connect-agent-4304244/ |
