Consultants will work on project teams with more seasoned practitioners and sales colleagues to deliver standard solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. This is the core delivery level for consultants that have developed an understanding of and experience in applying standard tools to defined problems. Individuals will typically work as part of a team in support of a client and manage themselves and their own contribution to ensure fit. Will receive general direction with work being reviewed at project end.
Key Accountabilities
• Deliver high quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations through work quality and timeliness.
• Responds in an appropriate and timely way to client needs
• Works on building quality qualitative and quantitative databases for client use
• Have a working knowledge of KFHG analysis methodology
• Follow existing protocols and processes to deliver high quality work as per the client requirements
• Navigates a wide variety of existing processes, procedures and precedents to interpret data and identify possible answers
• Actively involved in producing deliverables that cover our product portfolio
• Tracks and updates client information and opportunities in customer relationship management systems
• Able to understand client reward needs and map them to the solution, likely to be bespoke in nature. Works with the client to define the exact requirements, creates/builds a complex solution that meets these needs, devises a project plan and creates the required client output. Is able to talk through the output results and make adjustments as required.
• Will deliver on complex reporting needs, carefully weighing client requirements against operational (i.e. Client Delivery team and GMPC) standard procedures. Manages challenges as they arise, providing guidance for the client and motivating internal resources as needed.
• Will be required to ensure all reward deliverables are QA’d appropriately. Very familiar with the Reward HUB features and functionality. Able to advise and train client on all elements of standard or configured delivery.
• Typically assigned to lead mid-size projects or support on larger projects. Responsible for coordinating other delivery, consulting, processing and finance colleagues as well as vendors - if needed; delivering to budget and ensuring project scope under control.
• Strong expertise around delivering standard and configured Reward projects. Adds value to client through impactful guidance, challenging where necessary.
• Able to confidently lead projects and project teams. Will work with Team Leader to ensure that project delivery is on track and that broader account risks are managed appropriately. Will proactively seek approval on custom work or situations that require supporting teams to work outside normal process (e.g. reduced timelines, waving of costs, new requirements)

• Will typically have about 5 years experience in customer service/project delivery
• Will have expertise in at least 1 KFD area and act as a technical expert
• Will have industry expertise / know what keeps HR buyers awake at night in that market
